Hello, I have Service Package 10 starting yesterday and activated the Nasdaq US stock data today but I’m not getting real time data. On the support boards I found a message about adding -NQTV to my symbols which I did and it started downloading data but now it shows after hours data from yesterday even though I don’t have Chart>Use Evening/Full Session checked. Previously to changing the Symbol name I had data up until yesterday at the close which is the point that the historical download stopped. When I had subscribed previously, I seem to remember a green button on the Control Bar when everything was connected properly, I see the ‘Con’ button which looks to be greyed out even though under the File menu I disconnected and connected again. Under Global Settings>Data/Trade Service Settings I selected SC Data- All Services because I didn’t see a Denali option there. I don’t have a brokerage account, I only need the charts and data.
