Hi there, I was under the impression that I paid the platform fees and the exchange fees for six months. I am wondering why am i not seeing the price level in my DOM? Is that something i have to subscribe to? Thanks |

You do not have any exchanges activated that include the Market Depth data. You can change your exchange options at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Just keep in mind that you will pay the full amount for any exchange you activate regardless of when you activate that exchange within the month. Also, exchange fees are not refundable. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Hi John, I am little confused. In your earlier message you mentioned that “Your Sierra Chart account is fine regarding the services paid for”. May I know what specifically I need to activate? I just need data for ES and NQ. What will be my best option? Thanks |

Also, to add to my last message. I spoke to a gentleman from Sierra chart over the phone a month ago and he activated my account for 6 months. I am wondering what I paid for ? Is it only the platform usage fees? Thanks |

The message previously was stating that you were fine, as you had exchanges activated, your account was in good standing, and you had verified your account for the non-professional requirement of the CME Group. When you paid for 6 months, that was for the Sierra Chart Usage only. The exchange fees are separate. And the two fees are due at different times - the Exchange Fees renew on the first day of each month (calendar basis). The Sierra Chart usage time renews on a 31 day cycle, so the renewal date changes when it is actually due. For instance, for the 6 month purchase you made, you actually purchased 186 days of time. As to what exchange you should select - if you only need data for the ES and NQ, then you should activate the CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts. You can then deactivate the other two exchanges that are currently active. I am sorry but I need your help in activating CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts. I could not find it in the activate/deactivate services. Also, I am not sure what i need to deactivate. I can see the following : 1. Your Service Package supports activating exchanges with the Denali Data Feed. 2. Denali Exchange Data Feed NASDAQ Exchange (Optional): 3.Denali Exchange Data Feed CME / CBOT / NYMEX / COMEX Exchanges (Optional): 4.Denali Exchange Data Feed EUREX Exchanges (Optional): 5.Denali Exchange Data Feed CFE (VIX) Exchanges (Optional): I just dont want to activate the wrong one and deactivate the right one. Your help is appreciated. Kishore |

We have activated the CME With Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts at a cost of $11.50 per month, and we deactivated the CME Top-of-Book for Non-Professional Trading Accounts. You still have the COMEX Top-of-Book for Non-Professional Trading Accounts activated, so you will still have real-time data for COMEX symbols, just not the Market Depth data. Note that you did not have enough funds in your account to fully cover the cost of the exchange, so we added $1.30 to your account to cover the cost. Hi John, Appreciated your response. Thanks for activating the service. If you tell me where I can add the funds, I will be more than happy to do so, it's just that I am so confused when it comes to paying for the charges. I just don't want my services to be interrupted at any times. Thanks again. |

Do not worry about the $1.30. It's on us. For the future, what you need to keep in mind is that there are two different time frames for when items are due. The Sierra Chart Usage Time works on a 31 day cycle, so the renewal day will change each month. Also, you can purchase multiple months up front for a discount. The exchange fees work on a Calendar month basis, and are due on the first day of each month. You can view the items that are active for your account at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=RecurringServices You can add funds to your account on our Payments page, which is at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
