This refers to SC standard EURUSD intraday data. I was attempting to Market Replay. I run with 60 days of data downloaded. This morning: I could replay up to and including 2023-01-03 I could replay after 2023-01-09 The days between these two dates were missing. I followed instructions and attempted to re-download the data. The situation has become worse with less data now available. I now have data starting 2023-01-16 despite 60 days being the download limit. I have tried changing the download limit (up and down) with no change in the result. Any suggestions for what else I should try? Thanks |

We do not see a full re-downloaded data in this Message Log. Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Please use the option for Edit >> Delete All Data And Download for that chart. We do not know why it is not filling in the missing data, but by removing everything and then redownloading it you should get everything filled in properly.

The last response is disappointing because it's the third time I've been asked to Edit >> Delete All Data And Download. It didn't work the first two times. Why would you expect it to solve the problem suddenly? Anyway, I repeated the Edit >> Delete All Data And Download. It didn't fix the issue. I have data going back about 4 days. So it's downloading that much data but nothing more. We've now been at this a week and we're still repeating the Edit >> Delete All Data And Download. Neither. I started with a hole in the data. I followed the instructions given: Edit >> Delete All Data And Download. That made the situation worse. The current state is the chart only has the last four days of data. |
