The last response is disappointing because it's the third time I've been asked to Edit >> Delete All Data And Download. It didn't work the first two times. Why would you expect it to solve the problem suddenly? Anyway, I repeated the Edit >> Delete All Data And Download. It didn't fix the issue. I have data going back about 4 days. So it's downloading that much data but nothing more. We've now been at this a week and we're still repeating the Edit >> Delete All Data And Download.
