Rithimic connectivity issue for APEX Account

Dear Support,
I reached out to Apex support, but they are of no help. Please review and help.

Initially I was able to Connect Rithimic DTC in sierrachart and able to see charts stream and apex accounts showing, but when I place an order it gets cancelled in SC but the same works good in NT. In SC it even shows the P/L & the orders placed from NT.
I want to trade from sierrachart instead of NT, please help me fix the issue.

The following line from your log is your issue:
Rithmic Direct - DTC | Logon error received from server: permission denied

I have just set up a connection and it worked well the last two days.
But the key was to replace the "Rithmic Paper trading servers" with "APEX Chicago Area" (or an area closer to your location).

I see "Rithmic 01-Chicago Area-Non-Aggregated" in the log, are you sure you are connecting to the right server?

Unfortunately it is not described too well in the APEX instructions, so there will likely be more users who miss that crucial point. OP, if it fixes your issue you might want to reach out to their support to make it more visible on the related support page (f.e. adding a screenshot?)

You may want to investigate too if you are running both NT and SC simultaneously, that Rithmic doesn't allow multiple logins.
