Volume In Volume Profile Not Correct

Hi SC,

Not sure why the total volume traded per price is not always correct on my footprint(Please see attached image)

I have the following setting:-

Column 2 Numbers Bar Text : Volume
Column 2 Background Type: Volume Profile
Column 2 Background Coloring Method Type: Based On Dominant AskVolBidVol - Actual
Column 2 Text Coloring Method: None

E.g., 65 bid Vol + 62 ask vol = 127 not 128, 68 bid vol + 98 ask vol = 166 not 170, 99 bid vol + 77 ask vol = 176 not 172.

Not sure why this is.

Check to make sure you do not have any volume filtering setup for the chart. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Volume Filter (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Volume Filter Settings menu)

If there is no filtering, then we would like for you to delete all the data and redownload it by selecting Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.

Let us know if redownloading the data does not fix this.

Exclude >= set to 0
Exclude <= set to 0

Filter Trade Completely set to No

I have deleted all data and download but still problem persists.

We are not able to see any issue when we open your Chartbook.

Check your setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit. This needs to be set to 1 Tick in order to ensure that the data in the Numbers Bars is correct.

If this is not already 1 tick, then change it to be 1 Tick and then you will need to redownload the data for the symbols in your charts by selecting Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. You just need to do the redownload once for each symbol, not for each chart.
