We are not able to see any issue when we open your Chartbook.

Check your setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit. This needs to be set to 1 Tick in order to ensure that the data in the Numbers Bars is correct.

If this is not already 1 tick, then change it to be 1 Tick and then you will need to redownload the data for the symbols in your charts by selecting Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. You just need to do the redownload once for each symbol, not for each chart.
