Check to make sure you do not have any volume filtering setup for the chart. Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Volume Filter (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Volume Filter Settings menu) If there is no filtering, then we would like for you to delete all the data and redownload it by selecting Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.
