Hi have massive issues with Denali right now. I'm aware of the hickups that happened the last weeks due the connection from Aurora that should have been upgraded to 10G.

But right now - datafeed is just freezing to a point where trading is impossible. Internet is fine - other feed on different platform also fine. Latency and Jitter to Aurora also good according to my network monitor.

We see 6 of the following errors in the log file:
DTC Client socket (2) | Close event error. Windows error code 10053: Eine bestehende Verbindung wurde softwaregesteuert
durch den Hostcomputer abgebrochen. | 2022-11-16 10:44:07.262

This means that you had network connectivity issues at those times. Refer to the following:
Data/Trading Service Connection and Symbol Issues: 1.2. Network Communication or Server Problem

We also see a few Array is Unallocated messages. These are not a problem, as we gracefully handle these, but we would like to know if they are from us, or from a Custom Study. If you can give us your chartbook named "ES-VolumeScope.cht" then we can take a look and see if we can figure out where this is coming from. You can attach the file privately if you do not want anyone else to be able to see it. Refer to the following for how to attach a file:

Thanks for your analysis. I really don't know why SC aborted the connection. As I said my Rithmic feed was working at the same time without any issues on another platform and I also constantly montior latency and jitter to an IP in Aurora datatacenter and the DTC IP I connect to.

Will set the ping times for monitoring from now on to 1 sec interval as I had them at 5 secs. Maybe this disconnect was shorter and was not noticed from my monitoring.

Regarding the ES file - this is still in development and I only pulled it up today to work on it. I had issues in the last days without this chartbook opened. If it's finished and I still see aray isses I will send it over.

Also I deactivated compression to see if this helps make the feed more stable when the market gets fast.

Thanks again!

This was definitely due to a network connectivity issue somewhere between your location and the servers:
I really don't know why SC aborted the connection

It is not the server aborting the connection. It is being aborted on your side.

We had no problems today with the Denali Data Feed. Everything is/was fine. One server with the Denali Data Feed was taken off-line at around 4:15 US Eastern time today for maintenance.

Keep compression enabled. There is no advantage to disabling it.

So far I had no more issues the last two days. Somehow it seems Denali is working better for me without any compression. Will still monitor this though.
