Long-Long-Long time user of Sierra Charts. Did what I have done ten plus times - purchased credits - on Saturday morning. Logged in on Sunday evening and only my quote board opened. Charting Plat form did not. I attempted to click the C in the quote board (as I have done in the past to open the charting platform - no luck). Then I downloaded the latest version and logged in again. Charting Platform did not open. Then I rebooted my computer after scrubbing with with my spy and cleaner tools. Still no success. Since the Quote Board is opening, the main program is also open. It sounds like it is off the display of the monitor. If you right click on the Task Bar you should have an option for "Cascade Windows", which should bring all the windows onto the monitor display. You would have to reset the locations for your other programs, but you should get back your main Sierra Chart display. There is a misunderstanding with the response at post #2. The Quote Board being referred to in the first post is the Transact software. In your case you need to start Sierra Chart by running this file: C:\SierraChart\SierraChartTransActMA\SierraChart_64.exe You can locate this file through your Windows Explorer. .
