Since the Quote Board is opening, the main program is also open. It sounds like it is off the display of the monitor. If you right click on the Task Bar you should have an option for "Cascade Windows", which should bring all the windows onto the monitor display. You would have to reset the locations for your other programs, but you should get back your main Sierra Chart display.
