Long-Long-Long time user of Sierra Charts. Did what I have done ten plus times - purchased credits - on Saturday morning. Logged in on Sunday evening and only my quote board opened. Charting Plat form did not. I attempted to click the C in the quote board (as I have done in the past to open the charting platform - no luck). Then I downloaded the latest version and logged in again. Charting Platform did not open. Then I rebooted my computer after scrubbing with with my spy and cleaner tools. Still no success.
