Hello, 1) I cannot see the statistics of my first trade in the Trade Activity Log under Statistics ( please see attached) 2) How can I reset the Profit/Loss text study on the Trading Dom circled in blue ( please see attached) Thank you |

1. If you are referring to the order that is on the image with the Profit/Loss study, then that is not showing in the statistics because you have the symbol F.US.MESZ22 specifically selected and the other trade is for the ES. 2. 1) Under Trade Activity Log >> Trade Activity the specification of my trade is correct. However, under statistics there is no data available about my trade is just plain 0.00 everywhere. 2) I have read through the same link and made the modifications before contacting you guys but I still does not reset the closed PL to 0.00. 1. Be sure you open up all the filters at the top of the Trade Activity Log to ensure you are viewing all the symbols and that the date range is wide enough to capture the particular trades you are wanting to view. Be sure to select the Apply button after making any changes to the filters. Refer to the following: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity 2. What do you have the settings for Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading >> Order Fills Start Date and Order Fills Start Time? In this particular case, you set the Reset time to 08:33:34 on 10-25-2022. But the trade you were trying to remove occurred at 313 milliseconds after that time, therefore it is still showing up. You need to change the time to 1 second further ahead to remove that trade - i.e. 08:33:35.

Hello, Two questions please. 1 ) Under system notification message I can see this attached message. " Fully independent and zero transaction fee Teton Order Routing Service now available! For complete details refer to, Teton Order Routing Service." My broker is AMP and I trade both CME and Eurex. How can I switch to Teton Order Routing Service? 2) I have downloaded the second instance of Sierra Chart, however, when I open a chart in the second instance it dont not have the same setting as charts in the main instance. Please advise. Thank you for your attention. |

1. The Teton Order Routing Service is only available through certain brokers. AMP states that they are working on it, so you should check with them on their status. In the meantime, the list of brokers that does support this is listed at Step #2 of the Setup Instructions at the following link: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions 2. Each instance is completely independent. If this is a Sub-Instance (started by selecting File >> New Instance) then the first time you create an instance, the data from your main instance is copied, so you will have the beginnings of the same information. But, if this is a completely separate installation, then you would need to copy the files from the other installation to have the same setups. Dear John, Thank you for your respond. 1) Sure I will check with them. 2) My apologies I forgot to mention that this is a Sub-Instance not a new installation, however, when I open a chart I have to set up the chart from the beginning every time I select a market for some reason it does not copy the specification of the chart and trading DOM . 2) When you start a Sub-Instance the very first time (first time ever starting that particular sub-instance) then the files from the Main Instance are copied into that Sub-Instance, so your Chartbooks would all look the same at that point. But, going forward the instances are completely separate and the files are not copied. If you want to have the same chartbooks in both then you would need to copy the chartbooks from one instance to the other.
