In this particular case, you set the Reset time to 08:33:34 on 10-25-2022. But the trade you were trying to remove occurred at 313 milliseconds after that time, therefore it is still showing up. You need to change the time to 1 second further ahead to remove that trade - i.e. 08:33:35.
