Getting CQG to work with my live account

My account was working fine with Service package 3 with CQG, now I get the message “When using Service Package 3, when you renew usage time, it is no longer possible to connect to Interactive Brokers, CQG, Rithmic, IQ Feed or LMAX at these Service Package levels. You need to change to Service Package 10. So I upgraded to Service package 10 but CQG still does not work. Can you help me so I can use CQG with my funded broker account with AMP? What do I need to do to get CQG to work again?

From what we see you should not be having any issues connecting to CQG. You have taken care of the main issue, which is that you need to be on one of the Integrated Packages in order to make external connections (you are on Package 10). A second item that you might come across is that if you are using CQG data, then you would need to be on version 2393 or lower, as we no longer support the CQG data for The CME Group and EUREX with higher versions. But our servers are showing your version as 2351, so you should not be having any issue with that.
