My account was working fine with Service package 3 with CQG, now I get the message “When using Service Package 3, when you renew usage time, it is no longer possible to connect to Interactive Brokers, CQG, Rithmic, IQ Feed or LMAX at these Service Package levels. You need to change to Service Package 10. So I upgraded to Service package 10 but CQG still does not work. Can you help me so I can use CQG with my funded broker account with AMP? What do I need to do to get CQG to work again?
