From what we see you should not be having any issues connecting to CQG. You have taken care of the main issue, which is that you need to be on one of the Integrated Packages in order to make external connections (you are on Package 10).

A second item that you might come across is that if you are using CQG data, then you would need to be on version 2393 or lower, as we no longer support the CQG data for The CME Group and EUREX with higher versions. But our servers are showing your version as 2351, so you should not be having any issue with that.

Please follow these instructions to get us your Message Log so we can see the particular messages you are receiving:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
