I have sent my message log for analysis. When I opened my charts this morning they only loaded from 8:00 forward. I attempted to reload by going to "Edit Delete all Data and Download". It appears that may have made it worse. It appears to be rather random. My TPO chart stops in August; one of my historical charts stops in May. Generally, my problem is intraday charts that are only loading todays data starting at 08:00. How do I effectively reset this?

What is the symbol of the chart for which you are having an issue.

Also, follow these instructions to get us your Message Log, make sure you open a chart for the symbol you specified above.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

For futures you are using substandard Interactive Brokers data. Activate the exchanges that you require from here:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

After that:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

That seems to have solved everything. I am perplexed. I had purchased that service from you and thought it was running. It must have quite last night. Does that make any sense? I purchased the Full CME Group with Market Depth for non-professional.

You have not had futures data from us for over one year.

You have had the U.S. Equities data from us and that renewed as usual last night.

When I look under FILE/DATA TRADE SERVICE SETTINGS I see that it say Interactive Brokers. I think that is where it has to be since that is where my Trading account is housed. How can I be sure what data I am pulling from? I have looked at my Account Control Panel. I guess that is where I go. You have me up and going. Thank you.

You do want to keep your service set to your trading service. Sierra Chart is setup to first look if you are setup to get data from us and if not, then it looks for the data from your trading service.

To determine if your data is coming from Sierra Chart or not, look for an [M] next to the symbol in the Chart Header. If the [M] is there, then the data is from us. Refer to the information here:
Chart Data and Chart Data Files: The Meaning of the [M] Designation after a Symbol

John, I just sent a message log for analysis. Since my problem is similar or related to this one, I thought it might be best to follow up on this thread. All has been working fine on GC and ES which are the two markets I trade mostly. This morning I tried loading my SI-202212-NYMEX-USD-5000 charts and they will not load. I tried the the "Delete all data and download". I get an orange message "Exchange not authorized Click for symbol information" When I click I get nothing. GC and ES are working fine. Those symbols are mapping correctly. It is a mystery why SI will not load when GC will. Both are NYMEX and are supported through the data feed I purchased last week.

The reason for the problem you are having is that we have not setup symbol settings for SI for Interactive Brokers. We will take care of this and will let you know when it is done.
