With version 2394 and above we are no longer allowing data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX into Sierra Chart. Therefore, you have two options: 1) Rollback your software to version 2393 and continue to use the CQG data. Refer to the following for how to rollback your software version: Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure OR 2) Stay on the current version you have and use our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead. It will cost the same amount and you can stop the CQG data from your broker. You will then have many years of historical data available.
