After my holiday I have returned to find out there is a new version of Sierra Charts. I have the 64 bits system required and have performed the updated new version but still don't have the new data. The last data is the 26th of June.

Don't know what to do to start to get live data from Sierra charts and more importantly access my current live trades. Can you look and find out why I am paying for your services but still not able to get the data paid for?

Thanks for your email.

I thought, I had an account set with the data company to take $11 monthly. Isn't that the case? And do I need to make the payment monthly?

I have now made the payment of $10 dollars ($1.60 was already surplus in my account)

Could you please...please...advise if all is now activated and how long takes for the live data to be released to my charts?

Everything looks good with your account. You should be getting the real-time data for the CME exchange.

The data is available immediately after activating the exchange and as long as you have everything else set properly for your account (such as the verification date for your trading account). At most it might take up to 3 minutes to become available.

We just want to point out that you have only activated the CME exchange, not the entire CME Group. Therefore instruments like Gold and Crude Oil which are traded on different exchanges (not the CME) will not be available. If you need to make changes to your exchange selection, you can do so from the following page:
