After my holiday I have returned to find out there is a new version of Sierra Charts. I have the 64 bits system required and have performed the updated new version but still don't have the new data. The last data is the 26th of June. Don't know what to do to start to get live data from Sierra charts and more importantly access my current live trades. Can you look and find out why I am paying for your services but still not able to get the data paid for? Kindest regards |
