Over the weekend, 7/04/22, I stopped getting real time quotes. I am using CQG, on SC package 10. My symbol seems to be correct:F.US.MESU22 So what is the problem? Thanks |

You must have recently updated your software. With version 2394 and higher we no longer allow for CQG data from the CME Group and EUREX into Sierra Chart. Therefore, you have two options: 1. Downgrade to version 2393 and continue to use CQG. Refer to the instructions here: Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure OR 2. Stay at the current version and use our Denali Exchange Data Feed. The price will be the same and you will have access to historical data. 4/26/2023 My SC account is ac132270 AMP is my broker. CQG provides my data. I need to upgrade to v2458 before 4/30. My question: I believe my service package includes the Denali exchange. Can I switch to Teton order routing and drop CQG from anything to do with Sierra Charts and still have my system operational? That is what I want, How do I accomplish that? Thanks |

First, you are not setup to get any real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. It looks like you did back in 2021, therefore all you need to do is to activate the exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges We recommend waiting until May 1, as otherwise you will pay the full amount for the exchange fee for the remainder of April and then have to pay again on May 1 for May (the exchanges work on a calendar month basis). You should also tell AMP that you do not want the CQG data going forward after May 1. Just in case they do not switch you over to the Teton Order Routing by then. The other thing is that you need to ask AMP to switch you over to the Teton Order Routing service. Again, due to the data (as you HAVE to use the Denali data with Teton), you might want to make sure they do not switch you before May 1. I use CQG. Today 4/27 I updated to v2458 per the notice to update. I get the error message:"Real Time Market data only supported with SC data feed". So does that mean I cannot use CQG? I am not connecting. |

You can not use the CQG data. You can still use CQG for order routing. You will need to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data.
