You must have recently updated your software. With version 2394 and higher we no longer allow for CQG data from the CME Group and EUREX into Sierra Chart. Therefore, you have two options: 1. Downgrade to version 2393 and continue to use CQG. Refer to the instructions here: Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure OR 2. Stay at the current version and use our Denali Exchange Data Feed. The price will be the same and you will have access to historical data.
