Multiple Issues Regarding Symbol, Real Time Data and Historical Data

I have read through a bunch of the support board postings and tried a few things with no luck. I have three error messages that show and Sierra chart is not working, as in it stopped at around 10:45 am yesterday, 6/15. I saw the email that in order to trade the ES Mini you need $800 in margin in the account. Currently I don't have that much in there. I have been simulation trading and not live trading. Do I need the $800 in there to simulate trade? The following are the error messages. 1) Symbol Needs Rollover. Click to Roll Over 2) Real-time market data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed for symbol F.US.MESM22 ID 14. Click for symbol information 3) Download Failed. Historical Data only supported with Sierra Chart Data Feed Please advise, thank you. |

You must have recently updated your version. We made a change recently where with version 2394 and higher you can no longer bring CQG data into Sierra Chart for the CME Group and EUREX. Refer to the following for more information: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2394 Therefore, you have 2 options: 1) Downgrade your version to 2393. Refer to the instructions here: Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure 2) Use our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead. You will have access to more historical data at the same price, and you can tell your broker to stop the CQG data so you do not pay for it.
