You must have recently updated your version. We made a change recently where with version 2394 and higher you can no longer bring CQG data into Sierra Chart for the CME Group and EUREX. Refer to the following for more information:

Therefore, you have 2 options:

1) Downgrade your version to 2393. Refer to the instructions here:

2) Use our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead. You will have access to more historical data at the same price, and you can tell your broker to stop the CQG data so you do not pay for it. Refer to the Setup Instructions for the CME Group data:
