In terms of the Chart Settings, it sounds like you are just now seeing the new window. Refer to the information at the following links:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ChartSettings.html#NewChartSettingsWindow

Settings Windows Interface

----

We are not sure about missing bars, as it's hard to tell exactly what might be missing from the chart you show. But refer to the following for things you can do to correct this:
Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying Downloading of Intraday Data

In terms of the delayed e-Mini, that is because you are not setup to get any real-time data from us, and since you are using the Teton Order Routing Service, you have to get the data from us. Refer to the instructions for setting up the Denali data for the CME Group:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges*

You definitely do not have any of the CME Exchanges active. You do have the Denali Exchange Data Feed, and you currently have the NASDAQ TotalView exchange active on it. But you do not have any of the CME Group exchanges active. You also need to complete the agreements for the data. Therefore, go through the Setup Instructions at the following link to get the real-time data for the CME Group:

You setup the CME Group data correctly.

As to what exchange(s) you would need, it depends on what symbols you need. If you need symbols from at least 3 of the 4 CME Group exchanges, then you should get the Full CME Group option as you have done, as you get the 4th for free in this case. You would need to look to see what exchanges of the 4 you need to determine if you could cut your exchange fees down.

And also whether you need Market Depth data or not.

Just be aware that whenever you activate an exchange, you pay the full amount for the remainder of the month in which you activate it, regardless of when in the month that occurs. So if you are going to make changes, you will probably want to wait until the beginning of next month to activate the other exchanges (you would deactivate the renewal for what you have now at any time this month - you will continue to get the data through the remainder of the month).

There is not a way to go back to the old settings. There are many options available for how to interact with and set the look and feel of these new windows. Refer to the following:
Settings Windows Interface: Colors and Font Settings

Settings Windows Interface: Changing User Interface Behavior

We can not think of a situation where you can not select "Open Trade Window for Chart" but you can select "Attach Trade Window to Chart". The only thing we can think is that you are able to select both of these, but the Trade Window is not showing on the screen when you select "Open Trade Window for Chart".

In this is case, select Chart >> Reset Child Windows, and then try selecting Trade >> Open Trade Window for Chart and hopefully you will be able to see the trade window.

Otherwise, please give us a screenshot of the menu as you state it is "dulled out" so we can see what it looks like.
