If i set the tick size to 0.25 i get nothing printed in recent bid and ask columns. If its set to another value like 0.01 it works fine. NQ works as it should with any tick size. Please advise

When you have the ES chart set to a Tick Size of 0.25, are you getting the Market Depth data for the Bid and Ask?

Do you have multiple installation of Sierra Chart on different computers?

You are setup to get data from us through our Denali Exchange Data Feed, but you are not setup to get the Market Depth data. Which would explain the 2 levels you do get. But the connection to CQG or Rithmic should not matter, as long as the installations are on the same computer. But if you ae trying to make 2 connections from 2 different computers, then you would only get data into one system. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Connections

Also, check to see that the option for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes. If it is not, then change it to Yes and then select OK to close that window and then select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed.

Let us know where things stand after reviewing the above information.

Thanks John, allow support for sierra chart data feeds in on.

Same computer and 1 installation, I change between Rithmic and CQG in the settings menu. CQG is linked to my main account with AMP and works fine, Rithmic is from a trading evaluator. Strange thing is it was working perfectly well and then just stopped. Also the tick size is wrong on any chart I open with Rithmic, and if I tick the option " Auto set from data feed" it stays exactly the same. If i turn that setting off and change it manually to the correct size it wont print any recent bid ask history in the DOM.

I presume my settings are correct as CQG works as it should with the same ones.

The first thing we would like for you to do is to go to Global Settings >> Symbol Settings and uncheck the option for Use Custom System Settings Values. Then see if you continue to have an issue when you are switching between the services.

Secondly, and this is just for ease of use, we recommend using 2 installations of Sierra Chart. One that is connected to your CQG account and the other for your Rithmic account. This way you would not need to keep switching back and forth and changing symbols and having to deal with whatever is occurring with the tick sizes being wrong. You will not incur any additional charges for this, as long as the installations are on the same computer, you will be able to get the Denali data to both installations. Refer to the following for how to install a second Sierra Chart:
