The first thing we would like for you to do is to go to Global Settings >> Symbol Settings and uncheck the option for Use Custom System Settings Values. Then see if you continue to have an issue when you are switching between the services. Secondly, and this is just for ease of use, we recommend using 2 installations of Sierra Chart. One that is connected to your CQG account and the other for your Rithmic account. This way you would not need to keep switching back and forth and changing symbols and having to deal with whatever is occurring with the tick sizes being wrong. You will not incur any additional charges for this, as long as the installations are on the same computer, you will be able to get the Denali data to both installations.
