Trade activity log - simulated trading

For some reason I can't see any trades in the trade activity log. I trade sim. No symbols are shown and no SIM account (only real account). I can see the log files in 'TradeActivityLogs' folder. Any idea? Screenshot included. |

In the image you provided, the Account selection pulldown (to the right of the Symbol selection pulldown that is open) has None selected. This would cause the Trade Activity Log to not show any information. Select a desired account or "All Accounts" in that selection and then select Apply and see if that resolves your issue. Thanks. I tried setting the option to 'all accounts' but to no avail. The problem could be that my sim account is not shown at all, just my real money acc. I have been using SC for a couple of years now and I didn't have this problem before. It happened after a couple of months of pause, when I reactivated SC and switched to Teton routing. Maybe somehow related? |

You should be able to see the information regardless of the service you are using. One of the other things of note is that the From date is set to May 30, 2022, so if you are looking for older trades you will need to set that date earlier since you state that you took a few months off. Another thing to look at is Trade >> Trade Service Log and see if there are any messages in there about having trouble reading the Trade Activity Logs. You can paste the information from the Trade Service Log into this thread for us to review if you need our help interpreting it. This resolved by itself somehow. Now the sim account is visible and everything is working fine.
