You should be able to see the information regardless of the service you are using. One of the other things of note is that the From date is set to May 30, 2022, so if you are looking for older trades you will need to set that date earlier since you state that you took a few months off. Another thing to look at is Trade >> Trade Service Log and see if there are any messages in there about having trouble reading the Trade Activity Logs. You can paste the information from the Trade Service Log into this thread for us to review if you need our help interpreting it.
