Thanks. I tried setting the option to 'all accounts' but to no avail. The problem could be that my sim account is not shown at all, just my real money acc.

I have been using SC for a couple of years now and I didn't have this problem before. It happened after a couple of months of pause, when I reactivated SC and switched to Teton routing. Maybe somehow related?
