Tried to login this day and not able. Did not change anything. Is the system down. I got a new password for data service but didn't help.

I think my account is having trouble getting credited or another account is getting credit. I paid $26 a week or so ago and again today. I do have an another existing account' I paid by the emails received to the account that I think is right. |

You do have another account associated with the same email as the account from which you are posting. But that other account has not been touched since 2018 and it does not have any funds or usage time in it. Therefore, you can just ignore it. If you want, we can remove it for you - just let us know. If you are still having an issue with your current account (the one you are posting from) then let us know the particular issue. We do see the $26.00 you paid. It is sitting in your Services Surplus until your renewal date of June 29, 2022 at which time we will remove the $26.00 in exchange for 31 days of Package 3. But, as noted above, you will want to change to Package 10 at that time as package 10+ are required in order to make any external connections from Sierra Chart and you are evaluating Package 12 until your renewal date (packages 3 and 5 are just for testing/learning with delayed data). Please eliminate the other account as I don't need. So I paid a total of $52 dollars recently which should keep me active until july 29 or I am confused. I don't understand why this is difficult. You send me an email to pay, I pay and then I don't have access because I am delinquent. Maybe you didn't receive my first payment. My credit card shows a payment on 5/22 and 5/30. So on nexr payment I need level 10, first heard this.

So my new rate is $36 a month. No wonder I was denied access for not upgrading for more money. $432/yr paying on a monthly basis. pretty expensive. I may have to ask amp for a free one. |
