Your account shows the payments you reference. If you want to view the transactions for your account you can do so by selecting the link for View Transaction Log and Payment Receipts link on your Account Control Panel on our website. Or you can select the following link which will take you to it (you may have to login to the website if you are not already):

In terms of the requirement for Packages 10+, there have been notices in the System Messages that come up when you first start Sierra Chart and on our Support Board letting you know that we have been moving to this change. Refer to the following post in particular:
