You need to check your Trade Activity Log and see what it states in relation to the Stop. Did the Stop get rejected initially and hence was not working, or something else about why it did not work as expected?

It simply does not appear, I had it configured in the trading window, I opened the operation and there was no stop or profit, as long as it took me to close the operation I lost 5 points, it can also be said that the volume bars disappeared

If the Stop and Target were not there, then the implication is that the "Use Attached Orders" option was not enabled when you placed the order or that they were rejected by your trading service. Refer to the following:

Also check your Trade Service Log to see if there is any information regarding rejections of those orders. Refer to the following:
Trading Information Windows: Trade Service Log

Hello John !

I explain exactly what happened, something very strange,

I opened a doom from find symbol then a time and sales window from the same doom and a trade window from the DOOM I set a stop and a targert I attached all the windows and they stayed together then I put Sierra chart in demo mode and opened a couple of operations from DOOM (I usually do this to check that there are no errors)
Then I returned to real mode and shortly after I opened an operation in the same DOOM where I did the checks, my surprise was that there was no stop or target that had previously been configured, the price slide made me lose a few points, fortunately I managed to close manually on time.

The volume and doom bars since then are reset every time I open a trade in real time. all the amounts of the packages and the bars disappear.

It sounds like the Target and Stop orders were rejected. You need to look at the Trade Activity Log to determine the reason why:

Hi John! In the trade activity log an even weirder thing appears, the order fired from the doom appears in a 4-hour chart and as I mentioned, cpmfigure and I tested everything with. meticulous care as usual HERE I LEAVE YOU THE NOTE ON HOW I PREPARE THE CONFIGURATION

On the other hand, when the order is triggered from the doom, the volume and price bars disappear. It is a bug that still exists today, that makes me think that it is a program bug that made me lose those points.

I currently work with future AMPs and they do not have lug routing even so I do not think that is the problem since as I told you when placing the order the volume bars disappear as well as the target and the stop which was how I told you the error which I am interested in repairing. Thank you

The first thing we need to deal with is the following:

As we noted previously, the most likely scenario is that the Target and Stop were rejected by the exchange for some reason. Unfortunately if that was the case, then the information regarding that is not going to be around any longer, as it is logged in the Trade Service Log which is only kept for as long as Sierra Chart is running.

Therefore, we simply have to watch for this again. If you place an order and the Stop and/or Target are no longer showing in Sierra Chart, then we need to see your Trade Service Log by following these instructions:

Hi John !

If it happens again, do you advise me not to close the program or to save any file in question so that the problem can be located?

Is there any review method to see that this does not happen again? I am currently trading micro futures for fear that it will happen again.

In reference to the volume bars, attached photo.

As you can see in one of the photos, the operation is open today. This operation has been carried out in micro futures. I want to highlight this because what happened with the Mini contracts.

We need to see the contents of your Trade Service Log. Select Trade >> Trade Service Log and then copy and paste what is in there to this thread. Refer to the following:

With regards to the Volume bars in the DOM, that is related to this setting:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Clear Current Bid/Ask Volume on New Position (Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings >> Other >> Other Settings)

You will want to set that to No if you do not want the Current Bid/Ask volumes to be cleared when you open a position.

The log does not have any information on rejections. Had you recently put an order in for which there was not a Stop and Target?

Next time you have the issue, then immediately open your Trade >> Trade Service Log to see if the Target and/or Stop were rejected. If they were, then that information would be in that log.

Anything prior will not be in the log at this time.
