We need to see the contents of your Trade Service Log. Select Trade >> Trade Service Log and then copy and paste what is in there to this thread. Refer to the following: Trading Information Windows: Trade Service Log ------------------ With regards to the Volume bars in the DOM, that is related to this setting: Global Trade Settings Windows: Clear Current Bid/Ask Volume on New Position (Global Settings >> Chart DOM Settings >> Other >> Other Settings) You will want to set that to No if you do not want the Current Bid/Ask volumes to be cleared when you open a position.
