Suspending Services Question

Good morning SC team,

I will be taking a hiatus from trading futures for the next few weeks due to some newly acquired responsibilities (and summer-time!). I went ahead and 'Disabled' my Service Package 11 renewal but how do I disable the renewal for the software/data (the $33/mo charge)? I do not want my account to go into bad standings with you as I plan to come back after summer when I start trading again (maybe sooner). My services and fees have different due dates, not sure if that matters but when I start my services again I would like them to be the same dates for simplicity.

Thank you all!

Sorry for possibly a silly question, wasn't clear from my search results on the topic if I could just assume changing my Services Package to Disabled would suffice.

We have deactivated the exchange that you had active.

For the future, you can do this from the following page:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

Note that due to how the renewals work, it is not possible to have the Sierra Chart Usage Time and the exchanges, renew at the exact same day every month.

The exchanges work on a monthly basis and payment is due on the first day of each month.

The service packages work on a 31 day cycle and payment is due at renewal time. So even if you start on the first day of the month, when a month has less than 30 days in it, your renewal will push forward by one day.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
