Good morning SC team, I will be taking a hiatus from trading futures for the next few weeks due to some newly acquired responsibilities (and summer-time!). I went ahead and 'Disabled' my Service Package 11 renewal but how do I disable the renewal for the software/data (the $33/mo charge)? I do not want my account to go into bad standings with you as I plan to come back after summer when I start trading again (maybe sooner). My services and fees have different due dates, not sure if that matters but when I start my services again I would like them to be the same dates for simplicity. Thank you all! Sorry for possibly a silly question, wasn't clear from my search results on the topic if I could just assume changing my Services Package to Disabled would suffice. |
