issue losing connection to trade orders while in an order

Hi, I know you have lots of issues with rithmic and fed up hearing about it but I'm wondering if it's something I've not done correctly. I don't use their data, using denali data, but doing an Apex funded account with rithmic orders on your platform. It was absolutely fine my first day trading. But now the order goes through on Sierra but then the limit and stop orders aren't closing the order. I've checked with Apex who said to check with Rithmic. I checked with Rithmic and they said ths issue is with Sierra, specifically they said this: Unfortunately, the problem you are reporting with Third-Party Software cannot be reproduced by Rithmic, as it is not our application. Please reach out to your software provider; if they believe the issue is on our end, kindly request that they file a support case with R | API support via rapi@rithmic.com, and we will work with them directly. Please feel free to copy support@rithmic.com on any correspondence. Do you know why I am having this issue? Rithmic just emailed again, said: My colleague who normally handles Sierra Chart issues is out of the office this week, but if you can get Sierra Chart to file an R | API support case with us, we may be able to help with the issues you are experiencing. |

Yes that's right. I place bracket day orders, with a limit and stop order but I don't think they are showing on rithmic, then sometimes the whole position and orders disappear from sierra after placed too

This may be hard for us to have Rithmic look into this because we do not see a Service Order ID. Maybe if you give us the date and time and the time zone this occurred at and tell us what Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Server is set to that will be enough. Then we will let Rithmic know.
