I want to make sure my chart/denali/exchange payments were successful and I am good to go.

Hi, I want to make sure I'm good to go because the website is hard to navigate (no offense) due to information overload. 1) I subscribed to the Sierra Charts charting platform. 2) I subscribed to the Denali Data Feed (Package 12, so 1 and 2 are combined). 3) I activated the 33/mo. Depth of market CME-group exchange fees. 4) I want to be routed through your Teton Routing Service. Are there any additional fees/setups? I'm looking for your charting platform, the exchange data from you, the fees associated with it, and to use your Teton Routing Service to place my trades. I just want to verify that I am good to go, that the data is not delayed, and that I can begin trading tomorrow morning. I don't want any mistakes. I don't know if you want me to call/message someone with account info, or if you're able to access that through my username on the boards. Thanks, -J |

I should also mention that according to this page: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions The "SC CME Futures Order Routing / Teton CME Order Routing" option does not show up in the Data/Trae Service Settings. Instead, "SC/TT Futures Order Routing [trading]" shows up. Are these one and the same? I also do not see "IronBeam", which is my Clearing Broker in any of the dropdown menus. There is no place to enter their name into the platform. I have spoken with them today and notified them that I would be using Sierra Charts for charting, data, and order routing. Thank you. From what you are saying the implication is that you are not on the current release (v 2383). You can check your release version by selecting Help >> About from within the Sierra Chart software. If you are not on the latest release, then follow these instructions to download and install the latest release: Software Download: Fast Update After that, you should have the option for Teton CME Order Routing in the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service, and then select the A button next to that to get the rest of the Teton Order Routing settings to show up, which will then show IronBeam for the Clearing Firm. You will find a graphic for the above in the Setup Instructions for the Teton Order Routing here: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing: Setup Instructions For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Update: I see the routing and the clearing firm. I have selected both. I am still getting error messages about enabling a live trading account. Does this mean they do not have me activated on their end? They said it was done, but perhaps I'll check back tomorrow. After selecting the Routing/Clearing firm do you enter your user/pass for the brokerage account in the SC platform itself, or is this automatically linked to both accounts behind the scenes? As long as you have everything entered correctly (which is basically that you selected the correct Clearing Firm), then yes, the issue is that you are not fully setup with IronBeam yet. After selecting the Routing/Clearing firm do you enter your user/pass for the brokerage account in the SC platform itself, or is this automatically linked to both accounts behind the scenes?
The latter - this is automatically linked to both accounts behind the scenes. This is why the Clearing Firm needs your Sierra Chart Account Name. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I'm still having a hard time connecting Sierra Chart to IronBeam. I trust you more than them. I need to ask one more time, just to be sure, that I am ready to go on Sierra Chart's end, and that it is entirely up to IronBeam to connect me to the service. Their lack of timeliness is beginning to anger me. I just need to be 100% certain that the ball is in their court. Thank you. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-04-29 18:04:55
