From what you are saying the implication is that you are not on the current release (v 2383). You can check your release version by selecting Help >> About from within the Sierra Chart software. If you are not on the latest release, then follow these instructions to download and install the latest release: Software Download: Fast Update After that, you should have the option for Teton CME Order Routing in the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service, and then select the A button next to that to get the rest of the Teton Order Routing settings to show up, which will then show IronBeam for the Clearing Firm.
