As long as you have everything entered correctly (which is basically that you selected the correct Clearing Firm), then yes, the issue is that you are not fully setup with IronBeam yet. After selecting the Routing/Clearing firm do you enter your user/pass for the brokerage account in the SC platform itself, or is this automatically linked to both accounts behind the scenes?
