Charts Loading issue in latest 2383 version

After the forced update to version 2383 when opening the program, I have problems loading the chartbook data.
(they are simple HLC bar graphs +volume study)
And there is also a lot of lag in moving the crosshair and moving the charts when they have finally loaded.

Also when using the program's screenshot utility nothing appears.
(Edit >> Screen Images >> Upload Main Window Image or Send Main Window Image to Support)

Happens to me aswell,

Takes more than usual to load and stays like this for a while.

In regards to post #3, we cannot know what is happening in your case specifically. We recommend looking at the Window >> Message Log and making sure that there is not unnecessary data being downloaded for each contract month in a Continuous Futures Contract chart. For contract months which are already expired there should be no data downloaded. To improve performance, refer to:
