I was trading with Tradovate using SC and had to change due to the CQG issues. I chose Ironbeam and got everything set up, changed over, and working.
However, I noticed this morning that when I log into LIVE trading it is attached to my old Tradovate account and not my Ironbeam account. I'm really confused. Please help!!! The old Tradovate account is not even active any more.

The old account will still show up, as long as you have trades in your Trade Activity Log associated with that account. You just need to change the account using these instructions:
Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM)

If you want to get rid of the Trade Activity for that other account, then refer to the following:
Trade Activity Log: Clearing Trade Activity Data

I went to my trade window and the only account available to choose was my old Tradovate account. There was no new account for Ironbeam. When I activated the new account it uses Denali data feed and Teton order routing. In trade settings I'm using SC data all. Is that correct? My charts are running but I can't get the Ironbeam account to show where I can select it in the trade window. Please help!!

OK... I've done what you said but need clarification. When I get to the part to choose SC CME order routing. I chose Teton CME ordering routing which made sense. Then under clearing firms there is no drop down list to choose from. I assumed it must have been set by you or Ironbeam to My Ironbeam account so it would automatically choose that. However, with these settings my charts don't run and I get a message saying no trading account is assigned to the Teton CME order routing. This shouldn't be rocket science to get it up and running. A friend of mine is in the process of doing the same thing that I am. He's running into the same problem. However, He has the ability to access a drop down menu to choose a clearing firm. But Ironbeam is not a choice. He chose Phillips because he said he read somewhere they used Phillips. However, he's stuck in the same place I am.... NO charts, nothing except a message saying no account assigned to our choosing Teton CME ordering routing service. Please help to get this solved and working.

We have attached an image of what you should be seeing in the Clearing Firm list. As you will see IronBeam is listed.

A couple of notes.
- After you select the 'Teton CME Order Routing' option, select the "A" button to the right of the selection which will accept that entry and then change the information below for what you need to enter.
- When you click in the drop-down list for the Clearing Firm, you may need to click twice (or even 3 times). The point is that you may need to click once to activate the field and then another time to actually show the list itself.

Let us know if you are still having an issue after using the above information.
