We have attached an image of what you should be seeing in the Clearing Firm list. As you will see IronBeam is listed. A couple of notes. - After you select the 'Teton CME Order Routing' option, select the "A" button to the right of the selection which will accept that entry and then change the information below for what you need to enter. - When you click in the drop-down list for the Clearing Firm, you may need to click twice (or even 3 times). The point is that you may need to click once to activate the field and then another time to actually show the list itself. Let us know if you are still having an issue after using the above information.
