Price Freezing for up to an hour, no DOM - Service Package 11 (AMP Futures)

Hello SC,
I have been using SC for the past 6 months and love it.
Last night, an issue showed up.
I use Service Package 11 with AMP Futures / CQG for now. Although I will be switching to Canon to make use of the Denali feature within a few weeks.
Starting Last night, price began to freeze for up to an hour. Also, the DOM is not available.
I checked this problem on 2 versions: 2366 as well as 2382.
Are there any known causes / solutions for this?
I checked CQG Mobile, and everything is fine on that platform with my feed and subscription.
I appreciate any help and am frozen from trading until this is resolve.

It shows me that I'm connected, even though price is not moving.

I just noticed that it is the same problem when setting the Data/Trade Services to "SC Data - All Services"
My network speed is currently very fast, so it isn't a connection problem.
I appreciate any help,

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

I am not connected to any other connections.
Also, here is an image showing that I am connected to CQG.

Is there a way to Force Reset the Connections, so that the Count goes back to 0?

Reconnect all of your installations of Sierra Chart following these instructions:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

And also make sure they are up to date. Instructions:
Software Download: Fast Update

All instances must be up to date.

Although you really should not have a problem as long as all of the instances are running version 2327 or higher.

If there is a continued issue, we need to know about it and figure out how we can analyze it better.
