Hello SC, I have been using SC for the past 6 months and love it. Last night, an issue showed up. I use Service Package 11 with AMP Futures / CQG for now. Although I will be switching to Canon to make use of the Denali feature within a few weeks. Starting Last night, price began to freeze for up to an hour. Also, the DOM is not available. I checked this problem on 2 versions: 2366 as well as 2382. Are there any known causes / solutions for this? I checked CQG Mobile, and everything is fine on that platform with my feed and subscription. I appreciate any help and am frozen from trading until this is resolve.
