Switched to LIVE Data but chart isn't moving

I just switched to live data on CME e-mini but my chart isn't moving at all. I tried disconnecting and then connecting back again and that updated the chart but it still isn't moving the chart on a tick by tick basis. I don't know what I'm doing wrong!

What is one of the symbols for which you are not getting the data? Also, we would like to see your Message Log to check a few things. No nothing. It's my home network and I was able to get all of the data when I was delayed. I'm starting to think it is partly because of the account that I signed up for. I don't have a futures trading account and I'm a non-professional. Will that be the reason for it not giving me any data? I still get data for all of the forex pairs and everything that aren't associated with CME

The issue you are having is not due to your setup. You are on Package 11 and you selected the "CME E-Mini or Professionals or users without a Trading Account". So you should get the real-time data for the symbols that are part of that exchange option (which includes the S&P500 Index Futures (ES)). The issue is just the network error that you are receiving. For some reason your system does not want to connect to our real-time server.
