The issue you are having is not due to your setup. You are on Package 11 and you selected the "CME E-Mini or Professionals or users without a Trading Account". So you should get the real-time data for the symbols that are part of that exchange option (which includes the S&P500 Index Futures (ES)). The issue is just the network error that you are receiving. For some reason your system does not want to connect to our real-time server.
