I recently opened and funded a futures trading account with Ironbeam. I upgraded to service package 10, and subscribed to the reduced cost CME data feed. I received real time data through the Denali Exchange Data Feed for a few days before it stopped. I thought it may be a matter of connecting Sierra Chart to my live trading account as is the monthly requirement. However, Ironbeam is not listed on the Data/Trade Service list. How should I proceed? I am using Ironbeam's Firetip platform. |

The issue is that you need to connect to your trading account for this month. Your validation ended on March 31, 2022. You can view this information at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges We are not familiar with Firetip. If that is the order routing connectivity they have you using, then we can not connect to it. You need to have an account using CQG, Rithmic, or the Teton Order Routing service to make the connection to validate your non-professional status for the CME Group.
