I recently opened and funded a futures trading account with Ironbeam. I upgraded to service package 10, and subscribed to the reduced cost CME data feed. I received real time data through the Denali Exchange Data Feed for a few days before it stopped. I thought it may be a matter of connecting Sierra Chart to my live trading account as is the monthly requirement. However, Ironbeam is not listed on the Data/Trade Service list. How should I proceed? I am using Ironbeam's Firetip platform. |
